Reintroducing Arts Partnership Surrey

Arts Partnership Surrey has delivered vibrant community-led arts to improve the lives of local people for over 20 years. The Partnership has recently undergone a strategic review in order to reconsider how it functions and what it aims to do. Now this review has been completed and we are starting a new year of activity, we would like to reintroduce you to Arts Partnership Surrey.

What is Arts Partnership Surrey?: Arts Partnership Surrey is a strategic collaboration between the Districts and Boroughs in Surrey with the support of Surrey County Council, which enables greater arts projects to take place in our communities.

Our Vision:  Surrey is the home to equal access to the Arts.

Our Mission: Arts Partnership Surrey enables and delivers vibrant community-led arts that make a difference to people’s lives.

Our priorities:

  • Health & wellbeing: We want to improve the mental and physical health of our residents and reduce social isolation.
  • Economic development: We want to help our local high streets, businesses, and community hubs to thrive.
  • Community empowerment: We want to make sure that everyone in Surrey has a voice in their community.

Arts Partnership Surrey is open to all councils in Surrey. The following organisations are members. We are actively working to involve the remaining councils through a two-tiered membership structure to ensure greater inclusivity.

  • Elmbridge Borough Council
  • Runnymede Borough Council
  • Spelthorne Borough Council
  • Surrey County Council
  • Surrey Heath Borough Council
  • Waverley Borough Council
  • Woking Borough Council

We aim to fund Surrey-based projects on an annual basis, providing activity across the boroughs. We will shortly be announcing our new projects for this year so ensure you check back soon for updates.
